Marianne deserves the exceptional rating because she is an exceptional real estate agent. My story may be different from her other clients because I am a first time home buyer, but here is my story.
My husband and I are young newlyweds that moved to the fabulous state of Washington to chase our professional dreams and live in a beautiful area with tons of outdoor activities. The rent was going up constantly and we knew we wanted to buy a home to eventually have a family, but we had no clue the first step to take as new home buyers. Marianne’s company, Mathis Stover, hosted a seminar for young home buyers and made sure we were informed on the whole process from the terminology to the time frames of closing. She even introduced me to a trusted broker in the meeting to help me feel relief of not having to shop for my lender separately. Marianne encouraged my husband and I to drive from Bothell, to West Seattle, to King County to determine our favorite areas.
Once we decided that King County was where we wanted to be, she listened to our hopes and our needs for our home. She never misled us on what was available, and helped ease our fears of finding a good home even after a home we fell in love with sold right from under us. After she tirelessly answered our plethora of questions, she helped us find the perfect home that was the mix of country and suburb life that we wanted for our future family. After closing, Marianne celebrated with us over dinner. From having her guide us as first time home buyers with introductory real estate classes, being an emotional support system as we bid on houses, and fully celebrating with us when we found the perfect home for us made us feel that we just did not have a real estate agent, but a friend. I know there are many real estate agents out there, and I am sure they are great, but Marianne is one of those rare professional gems who goes out of her way to help you make your housing dreams a reality.
