Selling a home takes much more effort than simply placing a sign in your front yard. It takes strategy and vision on my part and some sweat equity on yours. Together we will develop the overall plan how to best prepare your property for the market to maximize the price for your home. I will manage that project with your input to ensure this goal is met. Selling Success – I determine what the client’s next step after they sell their home might be, and to educate them on the listing process. I set expectations about the current market landscape to help them set a sensible price for their property. Then we determine how we can generate interest and make buyers see that property’s value.
Photography and Presentation – I work with sellers to get their home ready for the market and staged for success. Cleaned up and sparkling, it’s ready for its close-up! I have a professional photographer with a wonderful track record for attracting buyers.
Online Marketing – From NWMLS to Zillow listings to Craigslist, FaceBook personal pages to my business page, we have you covered on the internet.
Print Marketing – “Just Listed,” house flyers, special feature cards, tour books – those are a few of the options for marketing your property in print.
Open Houses – If your home is a good candidate for an open house, we will use that marketing strategy to our advantage. There are several types of materials I will use to make your property stand out to a buyer.
