Buying a Home
Set up for Success – I counsel clients on the current state of the market, the steps of the buying process, bidding strategies, and how to find a lender. I hold homebuyer workshops for both new homebuyers and market veterans.

Showing Structure – Whenever clients can view properties or meet with me, I will make myself available for them. We need to pinpoint where they DON’T want to live as well as the neighborhoods they desire most. We identify needed amenities and features, and I scout out properties with those parameters in mind. Then we engage again and I learn what they like and don’t like.
Making an Offer – We brainstorm tactics for negotiation with the seller while determining the expectations and limitations of the buyer. I counsel my clients not to fall in love with a property until it is really theirs. Communication among all stakeholders becomes key at this stage of the game.
Negotiation – I have earned the Master Certified Negotiations Expert (MCNE®) designation and excel at finding win-win solutions. Keeping the client’s needs at the forefront of my mind, I communicate with the listing agent and cultivate that relationship as we all work for that common goal.
Pending to Close – Here is where teamwork really comes into play – the seller, listing agent, lender, buyer and me. I encourage the client to be open to a lot of contact from me at this point as we stick closely to the established timeline for closing. We must all make this transaction a high priority.
